We manufacture high performance gear pumps that are positive displacement type having spur, helical or herring bone pair of gears. Gears are precision hobbed and press fitted and keyed to a drive shaft. The basic types of gears are:

These gear pumps have a capacity of 2000 LPM max and can withstand pressure of 30 Kg/CM2.

Features

  • Back pullout-flanged design which facilitates easy maintenance without disturbing installed pipe lines. Flanged end connections dismantling and installation is very convenient.
  • Double helical herringbone gear design ensures 'no' side thrust, maintains constant volumetric efficiency over longer period, for higher models only.
  • Lesser number of modified profile teeth on rotors gives low moment of inertia, low frictional losses and high tooth life.
  • Extra heavy shaft gives higher bearing life. Withstands bending load effectively.
  • Low leakage path by design gives high volumetric efficiency.
  • Equal-rating flanges on suction and delivery allows running of the pump in either direction.
  • Pressure relief valve facilitate easy changeover of the direction.
